Aphex Appoints National Sales Managers

Sun Valley, CAAphex has announced the appointments of Jonathan Parker and Michael Hurwitz as National Sales Managers.

In their combined roles, Parker and Hurwitz will oversee the sales of existing Aphex professional audio and broadcast products, as well as the expansion of Aphex product lines into a wide range of new and emerging markets.

Parker comes to Aphex after several years as Sales Director for Aviom, Inc. Prior to working with Aviom, he has held positions with Martin Audio, Playnetwork, Crown, Bose and TOA Electronics.

Hurwitz joins Aphex from his previous position as National Sales Manager with Earthworks microphones. His resume also includes stints with Sirius Sales and Marketing and RW Fuday Associates, as well as Leo’s Pro Audio and Goodman Music.

Aphex COO Robin Sibucao remarked, “We are really thrilled to welcome Jonathan and Michael to Aphex. The company is expanding rapidly, and we are moving into a number of new and exciting markets. In the coming months we will be announcing new products and new licensing initiatives, all of which will present diverse opportunities for introducing Aphex technology into previously untapped markets. There will be more than enough work to keep both of our new sales managers very, very busy.”

Parker and Hurwitz will report to General Manager Rick McClendon and COO Sibucao. Parker will be based in the Atlanta area, while Hurwitz will work from his offices in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jace Nuzback Joins Aphex as Product Specialist

Sun Valley, CA…Aphex has announced that pro-audio veteran Jace Nuzback has joined the company as Product Specialist.

Nuzback, who has been involved in cutting edge product development and support for pro audio companies including Tascam, Line 6 and Avid’s M-Audio division, brings a wealth of expertise in multitrack recording and guitar-oriented products. In his new position, he will work directly with Product Development Manager Jim Bailey.

Kent Dimon Joins Aphex as Director of Licensing

Sun Valley, CA…Aphex has brought veteran audio sales manager Kent Dimon into the company as their new Director of Licensing.

Dimon, whose resume includes stints at Altec Lansing and Bose Corporation, will look after the company’s rapidly expanding partnerships and collaborations across multiple technology sectors. In his new position, he will work directly with General Manager Rick McClendon, Product Development Manager Jim Bailey, CEO David Wiener and COO Robin Sibucao.
